The Brandso Group was founded in Nottingham in 2024 on a simple idea: care providers and growing businesses shouldn't need five different suppliers to solve five connected problems. So we built the pieces ourselves, and put them under one roof.

Find Carers and Policy Base launch to answer the two questions every provider asked us: "who can I hire?" and "am I compliant?"
ProCare Hub joins the family, closing the loop between hiring, compliance and the training staff need to do the job well.
Brandso Recruit launches as the group's fifth solution, extending our recruitment expertise into every sector — alongside Young Public Speakers CIC, our charitable investment in the next generation.

Young Public Speakers CIC sits outside our five commercial solutions — it's Brandso's not-for-profit arm, helping young people build confidence, public speaking skills and leadership. Every penny of surplus goes straight back into programmes for the next generation.
